Currently only offering Ballet classes. Dancing is a whole body workout that's fun. It's a good cardio workout that makes you stronger. It also can improve balance and coordination.

We recommend taking several private classes with an instructor if you a first time student. This allows you to learn the basics and decide if it's something you enjoy. We also offer several massage styles such as Thai and FST.
