Postural Fitness

This class offers good, basic training for efficient use of the human body. Proper alignment protocols are taught along with a variety of exercises to retrain muscles for balanced action. The method and exercises are complimentary to Pilates, yoga, dance, and all other movement modalities. Most importantly, the class is designed to instill a heightened awareness for each student to maintain their own natural grace with functional movement throughout their life. Nancee blends her knowledge of the body and movement with humor and a lighthearted style.
